Often, that first getting-to-know-each-other appointment can be so helpful in taking that first step into counselling. I want you to feel comfortable, that you are free to talk about whatever's on your mind.

Fees

All sessions can be either 60 or 90 minutes long and are charged at £50 for 60 minutes and £70 for 90 minutes, and include:
 

• Counselling

• Psychotherapy

• Life Coaching

• Couple Counselling (90 mins)

• Skype Online Counselling

• Telephone Counselling

• Clinical Counselling Supervision sessions for Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Professionals
